NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2017, and entered in 11-2016-CA-001240-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and GENNARO V. CANGIANO A/K/A JERRY CANGIANO A/K/A JERRY V. CANGIANO; MARIA C. CANGIANO A/K/A MARIA KEFOR CANGIANO A/K/A MARIA C. K. CANGIANO ; BANK OF AMERICA; SOLAMAR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY et al are the Defendant(s).
