NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2017, and entered in 11-2016-CA-001240-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and GENNARO V. CANGIANO A/K/A JERRY CANGIANO A/K/A JERRY V. CANGIANO; MARIA C. CANGIANO A/K/A MARIA KEFOR CANGIANO A/K/A MARIA C. K. CANGIANO ; BANK OF AMERICA; SOLAMAR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY et al are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on September 14, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 605 OF SOLAMAR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1176, PAGE 2281 AND AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1806, PAGE 1124 AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
