NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2017, and entered in 11-2017-CA-000850-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR GSR MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-OA1 is the Plaintiff and SUSAN M. ZIELINSKI A/K/A SUSAN THORPE A/K/A SUSAN ZIELINSKI-BASTIDA A/K/A SUSAN ZIELINSKI A/K/A SUSAN BASTIDA; WILSHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on September 14, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
