NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 1 August, 2017, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-004142-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Dwight Edgar Moore a/k/a Dwight E. Moore, as an Heir of the Estate of Edith M. Armstead a/k/a Edith Marie Armstead a/k/a Edith Plowman Armstead, deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Edith M.
