NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2017, and entered in Case No.: 51-2017-CA-000089-WS /J3, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GEORGE MARTINEZ a/k/a GEORGE MQARTINEZ and STEPHEN PODHORSKY are Defendants, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on September 13th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
