NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2017, and entered in Case No.: 51-2017-CA-000089-WS /J3, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GEORGE MARTINEZ a/k/a GEORGE MQARTINEZ and STEPHEN PODHORSKY are Defendants, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on September 13th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Tract No. 790 unrecorded HIGHLANDS, Unit Six: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest ¼ of Section 28, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida, go thence South 89Ëš57'59” Est, along the South line of said Northwest ¼, a distance of 4015.36 feet; thence North 00Ëš12'15” West, a distance of 1653.73 feet to the Point of Beginning; continue thence North 00Ëš12'15” West, a distance of 395.00 feet; thence South 70Ëš22'48” West, a distance of 633.80 feet to the P.C. of a curve having a central angle of 19Ëš24'57”, a radius of 400.00 feet; a tangent distance of 68.43 feet, a chord bearing and distance of South 09Ëš54'43” East, 134.90 feet; thence along the arc of a curve a distance of 135.55 feet; thence South 00Ëš12'15” East, a distance of 51.34 feet; thence North 89Ëš47'45” East, a distance of 575.01 feet to the Point of Beginning.
