NOTICE is hereby given that Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on September 13, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pasco County, Florida, to wit:
The North 564.20 feet of the East 260.00 feet of Tract 7, less the North 30.00 feet for Cecelia Drive as now established of Tampa And Tarpon Springs Land Company's Subdivision of Section 16, Township 26 South, Range 16 East, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 69 and 70 of the public records of Pasco County, Florida. The North boundary line of said Tract 7 also being the North boundary line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 16.
