NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016CA003528CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ Investors LP is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey R. Meyer; Jasmine Lakes Community and Civic Association, Inc.; Jeffrey R. Meyer, as Trustee of the J & K Land Trust dated October 11, 2004; Unknown Beneficiaries of the J & K Land Trust dated October 11, 2004; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Market Street Mortgage Corporation are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 14th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, JASMINE LAKES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 145 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
