NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016CA001537CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein James B. Nutter & Company is the Plaintiff and Jean V. Baron; Unknown Spouse of Jean V. Baron; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development ; Gulf Harbors Civic Association Inc. are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 14th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, BLOCK 2, FLOR-A-MAR, SECTION 18-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
