NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 8, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA003056CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which U.S. Bank NA, successor trustee to Bank of America, NA, successor in interest to LaSalle Bank NA, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, WMALT Series 2005-8 , is the Plaintiff and Anupama Patel, Harshad Patel, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Jashira Rodriguez, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Julio Rodriguez, And Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 11th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
