TO: NICHOLAS ANNERINO, YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint containing two total counts, the first count to appoint a successor trustee and a second count to modify trust has been filed and names you as a Defendant. JENNIFER SULLIVAN, LAURIE CARROLL, DEBRA MUELLER, and JAMES SULLIVAN are named as Co-Defendants. The Complaint seeks the appointment of a successor trustee of the Irrevocable Trust Agreement of George P. Sullivan and Marlyd C. Sullivan, dated September 24, 1990. The Trust is currently without a trustee and requires the appointment of a successor trustee. The Complaint further seeks to modify the Trust to allow for the appointment of a non-corporate successor trustee.
You are required to serve a copy of your answer and your written defenses, if any, to the Complaint, on Robert (Tad) Drean, Esq., the Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 500, Sarasota, FL 34237, on or before September 25, 2017.
You must also file your original answer and written defenses, if any, with the clerk of the court, for Sarasota County, Florida, either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; OTHERWISE A DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU for the relief demanded in Plaintiffs' Complaint.
