UNIT 242, SIENNA PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded as Clerk's Instrument No. 2006116369, public records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 3443 Clark Road #242, Sarasota, FL 34231; including the building, appmtenances, and fixtures located therein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the SARASOTA County public auction website at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on 2nd day of October, 2017 at 9:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
