NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 12, 2017 in Civil Case No. 58-2016-CA-005285 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC is Plaintiff and GLENN CROOK A/K/A GLENN M. CROOK, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20TH day of September, 2017 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 777, UNIT NO. 14, VENICE GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
