RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed August 14, 2017 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 002184 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and ROBERT H. WILSON, JR. A/K/A ROBERT H. WILSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 12, EASTPOINTE, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 1 AND 1A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
