NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2017, and entered in 58-2016-CA-000557-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-QO2 is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY S. AYKROID; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE OF HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC.; AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 18, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
