ENTERPRISES, INC. ; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A DARIN LACON; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A LISA BOYKIN are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 15, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 23 AND 24, LESS THE NORTH 35 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK I, FIRST ADDITION TO NEWTOWN HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 199, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
