NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, on the 27th day of March, 2017, in the cause wherein Timepayment Corporation, Plaintiff, and Miles Christian Hart, Defendant, being case number 08SC6258NC, in said Court, I, Thomas M. Knight, as Sheriff of Sarasota County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the Defendant, Miles Christian Hart, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
