NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 17, 2017 in Civil Case No. 16-CA-002315, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and TRACY LEE BOURNAZIAN; CYNTHIA BOURNAZIAN A/K/A CYNTHIA JEAN BOURNAZIAN; TOWN LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A TRINTON BOURNAZIAN; STATE OF FLORIDA; LEE COUNTY CLERK OF COURTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on September 18, 2017 at 09:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 2 OF TOWN LAKES PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGES 68 THROUGH 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
