NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-004447, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. IMPERIAL VALLEY PROPERTIES, LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JESSICA ALLEN, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 1164 LURAY AVE LAND TRUST; JESSICA ALLEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL HERRERA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSICA ALLEN; DANIEL HERRERA; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 1164 LURAY AVE LAND TRUST; JESSICA ALLEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL HERRERA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; CITY OF FT. MYERS, FLORIDA; TM PROPERTY SOLUTIONS, LLC, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 15 day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit::
LOT 11, 12, AND THE SOUTH 12 AND ONE-HALF FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK 5, OF THE CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS PARK VIEW, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 53, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
