NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 11, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015 CA051052 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and DAVID A. PETERSON, DUSTIN D. PETERSON A/K/A DUSTIN PETERSON, et. al, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 18 day of September, 2017 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 280, BOTANICA LAKES - PLAT ONE REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER INSTRUMENT NO. 2007000256603, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
