LOTS 27, 28 AND 29, BLOCK 1791, UNIT 45, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 122 THROUGH 134 INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 256 SW 39TH TER, CAPE CORAL, FL 33914; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com on January 8, 2018 at 9:00 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
