NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 17, 2017, and entered in 13-CA-054221 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST, is the Plaintiff and MITZIE BOWES; STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; STONEYBROOK VILLAS I AT GATEWAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, FSB are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 15, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
