NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22 day of August, 2017, and entered in Case No.2012-CA-050924, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE (CWMBS 2004-25), is the Plaintiff and JODI ADAMS; DENISE ADAMS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIESMAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST STATE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; AND TENANT are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 23 day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
