NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-051383 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-MLN1, Plaintiff and Minette Lynn LaCroix are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on November 15, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT #102, PHASE 3, BLDG 3, THE GOLFVIEW AT SUMMERWIND, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2530, AT PAGE 108, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
