NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-000938 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2005-AC9, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2005-AC9, Plaintiff and Miguel E. Bobadilla are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on October 19, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 49 & 50, BLOCK “G”, OF ELIZABETH COURT SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 23A AND 23B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
