Tampa Honda gives notice & intent to sell, for nonpayment of labor, service & storage fees the following vehicles on 9/14/17 at 8:30 AM at 11000 N. Florida Ave. Tampa, FL 33612. Parties claiming interest have rights to a hearing prior to sale with Clerk of Court. Owner has rights to recover possession of vehicle w/out judicial proceedings as pursuant to FL Statute 559.917. Any proceeds recovered from sale over the amount of lien will be deposited w/ Clerk of the Court for disposition upon court order.
