Allen, Shavonda McCullough-Allen a/k/a Shavonda M. Allen a/k/a Shavonda M. McCullough, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association f/k/a The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as Successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee for Residential Funding Mortgage Securities II, Inc., Home Equity Loan-Backed Term Notes, Series 2003-HS4, The Villages of Oak Creek Master Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
