LaFountain, Frank Edwin LaFountain a/k/a Frank E. LaFountain, as an Heir of Frank Edward LaFountain, Deceased, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Debra Harbin, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
