NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2017, entered in Case No. 17-CA-001385 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for CIT Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and Espenita Poinvil; Unknown Spouse of Espenita Poinvil; Louis M. Augustin; Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Rivercrest Community Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 15th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26. BLOCK 26, RIVERCREST PHASE 2 PARCEL “O” AND “R”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE 115 THROUGH 126, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
