In accordance with section 744.534, Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that JEANNE MARCHAND, as Guardian for ROBERT W ENGELHARDT, Ward, has deposited with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the Sixth Judicial Circuit for the State of Florida, the sum of $5,449.01, representing the unclaimed funds belonging to the ward where the ward is either deceased and no estate proceeding has been filed or the guardian is unable to locate the ward through diligent search.
Said funds will be held for a period of six months from the date of this posting or date of first publication and upon the expiration of this time period, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will deposit funds with the State Treasurer following deduction of statutory fees and costs of publication.
