NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered August 16, 2017, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 3, Block 5, PARK PLACE TOWNHOMES, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 124, Page(s) 99 and 100, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 19th day of September, 2017.
