NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 17, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 17-4698-CO of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and STAVROS TSAGOURIS IS the Defendant. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 18, 2017 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
The East 29.5 feet of the North 111.62 feet of Lot 4, Block A, H. A. MURPHY'S SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 22, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County, Florida was formerly a part.

Commonly referred to as 1926 Fairfield Ave. S, St. Petersburg, FL 33712
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
