NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2017, entered in Case No. 16-008010-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Kathleen Melissa Shock a/k/a Kathleen M. Shock a/k/a Kathleen Kohen Shock a/k/a Kathleen Shock; Unknown Spouse of Kathleen Melissa Shock a/k/a Kathleen M. Shock a/k/a Kathleen Kohen Shock a/k/a Kathleen Shock; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Phyllis J. Kohen a/k/a Phyllis Reed Kohen f/k/a Phyllis J. Kline f/k/a Phyllis Jean Reed, Deceased; Strathmore Gate-East at Lake St. George Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Regions Bank; Julie Anne Billingham f/k/a Julie A. Hamilton; Robert Monroe Kohen a/k/a Robert M. Kohen; Regions Bank are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 163, STRATHMORE GATE EAST UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGES 99 AND 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
