NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-006886-CO of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CONTINENTAL TOWERS, INC. is Plaintiff, and PETER BERKOVSKY and HELGA BERKOVSKY are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of September, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 508, CONTINENTAL TOWERS, INC., A CONDOMINIUM, according to plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 6, Pages 8 to 12 inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed July 28, 1970 in O.R. Book 3368, Pages 249 to 289 inclusive, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Subject to covenants, restrictions, reservations and easements of record, the above described Declaration of Condominium and amendments thereto, and taxes for the year 1989 and subsequent years.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
