NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 17-2600-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE TRUSTEE COMPANY AS TRUSTEE(S) OF THE 1002 LAND TRUST U/T/D 4/23/12 and GRACE COLLIER-SHERWILL UTD 4-88, are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 28, 2017 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 9 and the West 10 feet of Lot 8, FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS (AKA HUME AND HERRICKS FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS), according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6 Page 2, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.

Commonly referred to as 1002 14th Ave. S., St. Petersburg, FL 33705
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
