NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2017, entered in Case No. 16-001607-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Frederic S. Hudson a/k/a Frederic Sheridan Hudson, Deceased; William L. Hudson; Pat Bacco; Kacey Flick are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 91, CATALINA GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
