NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2017, and entered in Case No. 13-006462-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ARTHUR BASEMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARTHUR BASEMAN; SEAN MCMANAMON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SEAN MCMANAMON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE BENTLEY AT COBB'S LANDING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; BENTLEY PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC. drop; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 12 day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 16-304, OF BENTLEY AT COBB'S LANDING, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14748, PAGE 1703, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
