NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated - May 19, 2017, and entered in Case No. 14-009080-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-W2, is Plaintiff and ANITA COBB, ET. AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 11 and 12, Block A, North Ridge Park, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 99 of Public Records, of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 6400 50th Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33709
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
