Binney a/k/a Alicia Lynn Binney, Discover Bank, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, James H. Miller, State of Florida Department of Revenue, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 25th of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 12, BLOCK “A”, EASTLAND HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “W”, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
