NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Cancel and Reset dated June 13, 2017, entered in Case No. 2015-CA-004394-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Harborview Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-8, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-8 is the Plaintiff and Pedro Abad a/k/a P. Abad; Edwin Vializ; Randy Hare; Marc D. Peltzman; East Park Neighborhood 5 Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant in Possession No. 1 are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 19th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 280, OF EAST PARK - NEIGHBORHOOD 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, AT PAGES 87 THROUGH 97, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
