NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 19, 2017, entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001063-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and Celaine Lubin Leger; Franck Leger; Jean Leger; Unknown Spouse of Jean Leger; Julio Leger; Hiawassee Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc.; Hiawassee Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc.; Julio Leger & Celaine Lubin Leger, c/o Sunny L. Hillary, Esquire, Hillary, P.A., Attorneys at Law are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 20th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, HIAWASSEE OAKS, UNIT 3 AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
