Sprouse, deceased, Daniel Sprouse, as an Heir of the Estate of Roscoe F. Sprouse, deceased, David Sprouse, as an Heir of the Estate of Roscoe F. Sprouse, deceased, Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Florida, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Roscoe F. Sprouse, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Austin Sprouse, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Julie Myers, And Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 25th of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
