NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 02, 2017 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 21, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 16000913CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. F/K/A JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3, Plaintiff, and VERCEAL M. WHITAKER A/K/A VERCEAL WHITAKER; SUNCOAST SCHOOL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 11th day of January, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 736, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 23, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 14A THRU 14E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
