NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 15, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA001015000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is Plaintiff and CANDICE A. COLLINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CANDICE A. COLLINS; BILLY COLLINS, SR.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LHR INC. A/K/A LEWIS HASTIE RECEIVABLES, INC., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO FIRST EQUITY CARD; are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 20 day of December, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 276, UNIT NO. 8, INDIAN LAKE ESTATES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.1-21.5.
