NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 9, 2017 and Amended Order Scheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 6, 2017, both entered in Case No. 51-2007-CA-01843-ES of the Circuit Court for Pasco County, Florida, Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. and on the 18th day of December, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Summary Final Judgment:
