TO: NANCY A. THORNTON, IF LIVING, AND IF DECEASED, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR UNDER NANCY A. THORNTON; and DOUGLAS THORNTON, if living, and if deceased, any respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against him, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.
The property herein described is as follows:
Unit No. 745 of HARBOR COVE, a Cooperative Mobile Home Community, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) attached to the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 2977, Page 633, Public Records of Sarasota County, and legally described in Exhibit “A” attached to the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a claim of lien has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, HARBOR COVE RESIDENT OWNED COMMUNITY, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David J. Fredericks, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or 1-2-2018; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER
