COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, LEA HERRING, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on November 1, 2017. Case No: 17-CA-3529.
1. Lot 99, ROYAL PALM EAST, UNIT 1, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 22, public records of Lee County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 28 Castlebar Circle, Fort Myers, FL
You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon: ADAM J. STEVENS, ESQUIRE of POWELL, JACKMAN, STEVENS & RICCIARDI, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, who address is 4575 Via Royale, Suite 200, Fort Myers, FL 33901, on or before Jan 2, 2018, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office.
