Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 21 day of February, 2018 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:

BATES PINE RIDGE TRUST FARMS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: 1977 HOUS WITH TITLE NO. 14934848, ID# L1669NA AND TITLE NO. 14934849, ID# L1669NB.
