NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 22, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-002005, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and DEBRA LEE SVAGLIC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE DEBRA LEE SVAGLIC REVOCABLE TRUST U/T/D AUGUST 6, 2001; DEBRA L. SVAGLIC; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE DEBRA LEE SVAGLIC REVOCABLE TRUST U/T/D AUGUST 6, 2001; WILLOW CREEK PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 22 day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60, WILLOW CREEK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 1 THROUGH 3, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
