NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 14, 2017 in Civil Case No. 16-CA-001766 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein STRATEGIC REALTY FUND, LLC is Plaintiff and WILLIAM H. FORDE, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19TH day of January, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF THAT CERTAIN TRACT IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, RUN EAST 25 FEET ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF THE SAID SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING EAST 122.4 FEET TO A POINT 516 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4, THENCE SOUTH 108 FEET PARALLEL WITH THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4, THENCE WEST 122.52 FEET TO A POINT 25 FEET EAST OF THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4, AND THENCE NORTH 108 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
