NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on October 25, 2017 in Civil Case No. 14-002165-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and EUGENIE G. FORET A/K/A EUGENIE FORET; JACOB TRAGER; WILMINGTON TRUST, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST SERIES 2006-SL2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on December 27, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, VILLA PARK ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
