YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, SAN REMO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF REDINGTON SHORES, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, has filed an action against you in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida to quiet title related to certain real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, and described as follows:
Unit No. 305 of SAN REMO, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5571, Page 1309, re-recorded in O.R. Book 5643, Page 1217, amended in Book 5652, Page 1540, Book 6232, Page 1201, Book 7439, Page 652, Book 10328, Page 2141 and Book 11208, Page 2165, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 69, Page 114, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

This action is titled San Remo Condominium Association of Redington Shores, Inc. v. GEM Capital, Ltd. and Sunvest Limited, Case Number 17-003612-CI. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Brian C. Willis, Esq., of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 101 East Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 2800, Tampa, Florida 33602, on or before thirty (30) days after the date of first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
